Elevated glow. 🖤 Pre-Tan Preparation 🖤 • Exfoliate with a gentle, oil-free exfoliator 24–48 hrs prior • Shave or wax 24–48 hrs prior • Arrive with clean, dry skin—no lotions, oils, makeup, perfume, sunscreen, or deodorant • Remove all jewelry before your session • Wear loose, dark clothing and loose shoes/sandals • Complete manicures/pedicures 48 hrs prior 🤎 Post-Tan Care 🤎 • Avoid water, sweating, and tight clothing for 8–12 hrs (or as advised) • First rinse: warm water only, no soap. Pat dry • Moisturize daily with an oil-free, tan-safe lotion • Avoid exfoliation, retinols, acids, and alcohol-based products • Limit long hot showers, pools, ocean, and excessive sweating • Pat skin dry after bathing—never rub • Tan lasts approx. 5–7 days with proper care ✨ Satisfaction Guaranteed Glow ✨ Your spray tan is backed by our Satisfaction Guaranteed Glow. If you’re not satisfied due to application quality (unevenness, streaks, or missed areas), a complimentary touch-up will be offered. • Concerns must be reported within 24 hours • Touch-ups must be scheduled within 48 hours • Photos may be required for assessment Exclusions: Results impacted by improper aftercare, skin conditions not disclosed, natural fading, or color preference changes.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment anytime up to 2 hours before your scheduled service with no penalty. Canceling your appointment within the 2 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of $20. No show appointments will be charged the full fee of booked service amount. For memberships/packages: If you have an existing tanning package and are a no show, one tan will be deducted from your balance.
